Following are 3 pictures taken in 1948 during a Timbrel Girls Weekend at Campsie
 
October weekend 1951: 24 lasses of the Wollongong Timbrel Brigade (Dora Hutchinson) accompanied by Captain Mordue (a one time officer at Wollongong)travelled by bus to Bega. On Saturday night they marched down the main street, headed by the Bega Town band, and presented a program at the School of Arts. As well as timbrel displays to "The Flowing River" and "Our Army Brave and True", individual items were given by Valmae Orames (violin), Bernice Reid (piano-accordion),Joy Faulks (elocutionary), Betty Gale and Fay Hutchinson (vocal duet) and Dora Hutchinson (vocal solo). During thE Sunday meetings these timbrellists took part: Heather Merrick, Daphne Shaw, Beth Geddes. The Salvation Meeting was broadcast over radio station 2BE. A Full blood aborigine Brother Hoskins walked 36 miles to attend these meetings!
